This feature identifies all e-mail addresses in your database that appear to do nothing at all. An important step to  clean up unused personal data is to delete these e-mail addresses.

These e-mail addresses are not connected to your box-office, so this is an extra cleanup that you can do strictly in your Peppered database.

Furthermore, we make sure there are no active opt-ins connected to the e-mail address so the cleanup will not affect newsletter recipients.

If we see the e-mail address is connected to any mailing lists or organization, it will also be ignored. This ensures all your business relations or any other group of people you are mailing outside your website visitors will not be deleted.

It is usefull to delete all your old mailinglists first before you start your clean-up, because old mailinglists in your system will prevent the e-mail addresses on that list from being deleted.

The feature displays all found addresses, so you see how amny there are, and you can verify for yourself that this data is of no use.

Once you press "delete visitors" the data will be deleted from your database.

For now this is a manual process, but we intend to make it a recurring automation feature in the future.
