QueryBuilder - New Filter!!! ❤️

We are proud to announce a new filter: Wish list!

This filter will find all visitors who have one or more selected productions or events on their wish list, so you can reach out to them, or use this info for behaviour based mailings.

Highlight banners are no more (well kind of)

We have simplified the way Highlight banners work. These will now be referred to as Manually assigned Banners.

Regular banners can be directly shown in a showcase, featured grid, banner grid or as a sponsor banner by selecting the correct option in the ‘Used in’ field in the banner CMS.

Previously, Highlight banners needed to be placed via a second step, using the CMS ‘Highlights’ module, since Highlight banners can be placed on multiple locations on your website.

We have removed the entire ‘Highlights’ module, and moved all the possible locations a banner can be shown into the banner settings itself. We also renamed this option from “highlights” to “manual assignment”. After selecting this option in a banner (and saving the banner), all the available locations to show your banner will be displayed right there in your banner settings. More info in our brand new knowledge base.

Availability updaters

In our ever growing family of integrations and data exchange features we welcome two new availability updaters:

  • Tessitura availability updater
  • Spektrix availability updater

In all ticketing integrations, information about event availability can be updated automatically to the Peppered platform on a regular basis to check if an event is (still) on sale or sold out. Did you know you can tell your website which event statuses should be updated by this process, and which statuses should be left alone? More info about our availability updater feature.

CMS Updates!! It’s a big one!

New delete button in the file manager!

This one was requested a lot, and now we have a delete option for files in the file manager. You can access your file manager in any html text editor while uploading or linking to files.

New Knowledge Base

All CMS modules have a brand new link to our shiny new knowledge base (check on the 23rd September for the new look!).

Delete Cross sells

You can now delete Cross sells yourself if it's safe to do so. While deleting a cross-sell from your system, we will automatically check if there are any known sales for the cross-sell. This prevents issues in the “My e-tickets” area, where cross-sell info is usually shown. You cannot delete a cross-sell that is attached to a sold event for this reason.

Queue Timezone

The Queue module now uses the timezone set in your Dashboard for correctly displaying Queue stats

Embed third Party Widgets and Forms

A brand new code editor in Content Library part makes it easy to embed all sorts of third party widgets and forms

Price Type Module Face Lift

The Price Types module has been upgraded to the new CMS layout. We will soon be launching our first set of modules with the new CMS design. If you want a sneak peak, switch on Beta access in your Dashboard account. Exciting!

New menu item type for external URLs

Within the “My Account” menu there is a new option to link to account areas of your ticketing provider that require a log in. We created the possibility to use the Peppered account login to automatically log a visitor into the external page. Currently this is in use for Active Tickets only, but new systems can be connected.

Additional updates

  • Queue: We no longer force people back into the queue after purchases.
  • Mailings: The main header image/logo now links to your website
  • Mailings: Productions now appear in chronological order when selecting in the Template Part
