Sometimes you can get error messages in the events overview. These messages can say 'Found [x number] orphaned events' or 'Found [x number] box-office IDs that are used more than once.'
By clicking on the fix button it will give you an overview of the events/ID's this message is referring to.
It is best to keep your database as clean a possible. So it is best to solve these problems directly.
When deleting double ID's choose the event that is in the past en there you can delete the Box Office ID.
(So no need to delete the whole event because maybe you use this for your online archive)
You can relink or delete events without Productions, the 'orphaned' events .
It is recommended to fix the orphaned events. These events arise after deleting a production. Events are then “orphans” and are not reachable in any way. They pollute the website and can be cleared. More important is that it might also be that it causes problems with the ticketing system.
